Review of the week:
Again I felt a bit on the back foot this week - but then realised it was all TTOTM related so am please it is only a .100 gram gain.
 
I also mixed it up a bit with my breakfasts and included a few more smoothies to help increase my dairy intake. Will see how that goes - not overly sure if it is a good move weight loss wise. But I know I need the dairy
