Thoughts on the Week:

Lets just say I am glad there is a loss this morning - The whole week felt like I was back peddling the whole time and it was an effort.
It started off with a binge and then not the best choices but I managed to pull it back in for a good loss.
So this week - I will be back on track as I want to get under 110kg if possible!

Saturday 28.1.12 (112.1 at 7.30am)

Breakfast - 1 egg 1.5 points
Lunch - 2 bread rolls, ham and coleslaw 7 points

Dinner - Chicken Wrap 7 points and chips 6.5 points
