Thoughts on the Week:While not a good start to the week with another bad eating day and having to try and reverse the bad that I did - I think it ended well.
I didn't walk as many times as I would have liked but with being ill and the terrible weather here at the moment - I made the best of the situation.
Onto another week, which will be a good week!

Breakfast - NIL - Off work as threw up night before

Dinner - 2 wraps 5 points, salad, cheese 2 points, beef 2 points
