Thoughts on the week:Overall a very good food week, altho the bcon and pinepple homemade pizza throught the scales and body out of wack with the sodiu in the bacon!
I really need to be wary of this!
Back walking to work so that is helping and with a couple of squash games thrown in the mix as well the week was good.
I will try and incorporate a little bit more excercise this week and am still working on alternatives for breakfast and lunch options!
