Its basically what I have 4 out of 5 days per week for lunch

(Lettuce, Tomato, Cucumber, beetroot, tuna, cheese, honey mustard dressing!)

Here is a cute little journal I picked up at the second hand shop for $5.00.

It has a lovely soft pink cover and feels leathery and it is also embossed.

I loved as soon as I saw it!
