Recap of the week:

I felt the week went a lot better than previous weeks, I am feeling back in control and have managed to walk three of the four planned days - Hurting my ankle of Thursday night while playing squash did not help.

Food wise - a lot better choices but I do need to try and show more control in the weekend when I am at home or at our local sports club.
With a day down next week and us heading to Hamilton on ANZAC day to visit my sick uncle I need to be careful with my food choices. Hoping that my ankle is feeling better on Monday morning so that I can walk to work!

Saturday 14.04.12 ( 110.9 at 8am)

How do you have your morning egg? I love eggs, but can't imagine just eating an egg on its own for breakfast?

Thanks Chris - I am such a boring eater - I just do one hard boiled egg and thats it - I wonder about having something else but can never decide what!
I am also eating at about 6-6.30am so just quick and easy!
