I have a busy weekend ahead but wanted to stop and post my Five on Friday (which I haven't done for a while)
Today I am grateful for:
1. Staying on track with my eating this week
2. Committing to and following thru with walking to work today - despite the weather report.
3. Feeling in control of my finances.
4. Nearly completing my christmas shopping - woohoo!
5. Having a wonderful family who love me just the way I am!
