Another Rainy day today so no walking to work for me
But
I did play a game of squash last night
And
I had a yummy salad for dinner
But
I also had a large slice of Christmas cake
And
I know I shouldn't have
But
I will Stay Positive that I am still on a healthy path for a Healthier Lifestyle.
