Feeling so much better today
Got organised last night with my gym bag and my backpack!
I se the alarm for 5.40am and jumped out of the bed and headed off to the gym!
Great workout this morning and I also caught the train and walked to work!
Positive Positive Positive!
Dancing tonight - woo hoo!
Food Choices today:
Breakfast - Boiled Egg
Lunch - Tuna Salad
Snacks - Apple and Orange
Dinner - WW Frozen Meal
